Sundarban, the biggest mangrove forest in the world
Sundarban is the biggest mangrove forest in the world which has touched three districts of Bangladesh Bagerhat, Khulna and Satkhira.There is another part which is belongs to India. The toal aarea of Sundarban is more than ten thousand square kilometers of which forest in Bangladesh portion is six thousand and seventeen square kilometers. In India it extends over one thousand six hundred and forty square kilometers. Sundarban is a mangrove forest with delta shaped area.

Sundarban is in the south of Bangladesh. Bagerhat, Khulna and Satkhira districts are touched by Sundarban. So tourist can go through any of these three districts.
